Verification Gate, AST Mutation Testing & Contract Sagas

1. Host-Enforced Test Integrity Guard

In standard coding agents, the agent has unrestricted write access to the test directory and can trivially make red builds green by deleting assertions or adding .skip. Mindaeon's runner executes an out-of-sandbox AST diff inspector across all modified test files and rejects:

• Deletion or renaming of existing test files without explicit operator approval
• Introduction of .skip, .only, xit, or xdescribe
• Net reduction in assertion density or weakening of strict equality checks

2. Changed-Surface AST Mutation Testing (p95 = 3.77 ms)

After the test suite passes, Mindaeon mutates the AST of only the lines touched by the agent's patch (flipping boundary conditions, boolean operators, and early returns) and re-runs the targeted tests. If a mutant survives, the agent is forced to strengthen its test coverage before completion.

3. Cross-Repo Contract Radar & Sagas

Mindaeon indexes OpenAPI, GraphQL, Protobuf, and exported TypeScript interfaces across all connected repositories in your Gitea/GitHub/GitLab hub. Breaking changes trigger topological multi-repo campaign sagas with automatic rollback if any downstream consumer fails verification.
